EBEWE - Are you in Compliance?

ENERGY STAR Score | ;">ENERGY STAR Score
The deadline for Los Angeles' Existing Building Energy & Water Efficiency program may be behind us, but that does not mean you are in the clear if you did not submit your data. The city has published a list of buildings that are currently outstanding in regards to this year's ordinance. If you did not register and submit your data and your building is greater than 50,000 square feet then you will likely find your address on this list. Check your compliance status at the link below:

Also, if you flew under the radar for 2018's submission due date that does not go to say you will are not required to submit in the future. For 2019 the EBEWE program steps the compliance threshold down from 50,000 square foot buildings to 20,000 square feet. That means that if your building is greater than 20,000 square you will need to register and submit your 2018 building data to the city by June 1, 2019.

Contact MEP today for more information on EBEWE or to get your building in compliance.
