Lisa Tanner Principal Business Development As a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in English Literature, Lisa has 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in numerous industries, including the restaurant and hospitality industry, real estate, remodeling and construction design, and sales and marketing of sustainability services. She is an ENERGY STAR expert and handles all aspects of business development related to green building and sustainability services for MEP.
Roberto Mandanas Design Engineer With a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Manuel L. Quezon University in Manila, Robert has over 23 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with emphasis in construction design, site engineering, and computer design using AutoCAD 2010. Roberto provides HVAC drawings and design, and conducts project site visits, while coordinating with architects and other clients regarding questions pertaining to projects for industrial, commercial, office, school district, municipal and residential building projects.
Daniel Moore Sustainability Manager Having recently graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Environmental Science, Daniel is just entering the industry. However, his history with and interest in the field of sustainability goes back much further. He has swiftly become an expert in ENERGY STAR and has assisted with over 100 building certifications. He also assists with project management and writes topical blog posts for MEP's website. Daniel is a LEED Green Associate.
Nancy Chodosh Project Engineer As a graduate of University of Hawaii with a B.S. in mechanical engineering, Nancy has over 25 years in the field of mechanical and energy engineering. Nancy has worked for Siemens and Johnson Controls in the past, and has particular expertise in HVAC and controls engineering. Nancy assists the team with property condition assessments and other engineering site visits and projects.
Betty Alvarez Office Administrator Betty has over 23 years of experience in human resources, accounting and office administration. She is an expert in ENERGY STAR utility data input and implementation, as well as energy audit and energy design administration and support.
